The Best of TYreadmill Trainer

Hi Yuri,Having suffered a heart attack at age 50, two years ago. I craved a way of improving my fitness, safely. So I scoured the Internet searching out suitable training. I discovered Treadmill Trainer and began using vol. 2, working through the 10K program for beginners. I must admit I found it tough to begin with but with you in my headphones guiding and encouraging me I reached my goal about half way through the program. I have since revised my expectation upwards, slightly. The beauty of these programs is, they are designed for people of all fitness levels with the slow but sure and talk-test-pace procedures building aerobic fitness and endurance. I have seen my own speed, endurance and overall fitness improve. Currently into week 10 of the Program and using Treadmill Trainer vol 3, I have worked through the individual sections with you and completed this challenging workout. I am so looking forward to getting vol. 4 and seeing just how far I can go. I have noticed my mood has improved greatly by experiencing the so called runners high, and I sleep better at night, awake refreshed in the mornings and look forward to jumping on my treadmill and listening to your positive instruction each day. These programs are exceptional value for money, portable and far more valuable than a gym membership. Keep up the great work and all the best to you and your family in 2010.kind regards
