Week Three Triathlon Training Program

Today’s triathlon training program is focusing on week three and what our goals for this week are over week one and two goals. Remember the first week we talked about just building a solid core and starting your routine with very low intensity exercises, so that you do not overdo it. We to was strengthening that reinforcing your core so that your more prepared for the higher intensity stuff that comes with week three and beyond. We three focuses on working your leg strength by doing things likes squats, lunges, and leg lifts so that you legs are stronger and more prepared to handle a triathlon.
