Choose Manufacturing Training Courses Carefully
Several months ago I made a decision that wasted my money and my time, but I did learn from it. Our production was way down and our overtime costs were out of control so I was desperate to find a solution. I purchased a training course in order to discover what was being done wrong. I am glad that I took the course before turning it over to the staff. It was poorly done and hard to understand. I didn’t give up on this idea though. I took my time and found a quality manufacturing training course that met our needs perfectly. We are implementing some of the techniques that were recommended and are expecting a much better bottom line.
