squeeze in a workout

i am having a really tough time fitting in a workout today. it is just not happening today. it is not too late yet. i might be able to get in a workout if i figure something out. it can not be a belly workouts though.  it has to be a workout that i am using big compound exercises because i  will not have alot of time. if i can get in 2 good exercises today that will be good enough.  i need to bench press that is for sure. i might do bent bar bell rows or barbell shruggs too.
