The Mexican desserts can simply take away your mind. Tres leches cake is a very delicious moist dessert. Bunuelos is a Mexican dessert that resembles as a fritter. Flan or crème caramel is a dessert that is rich custard topped with soft caramel. Dessert enchilada is one of the most cherished desserts by the Mexican people. It is basically a tortilla that is filled with fresh fruits such as apples, strawberries or cherries, baked and finally covered with a sauce made with fresh raisins.
