I know this may rub a few people out there the wrong way, but I think airsoft guns are much better than paintball guns. Why?

Because of realism. The whole airsoft industry started in Japan because they wanted to have guns, but the law restricted it. So they came up with replicas that fired airsoft BBs. Now, an entire industry has come out of it. And many of the airsoft guns out there are extremely close to the original guns they were modeled after. I mean down to the look, feel, weight and dimensions of the real thing. If you were to take away the blaze orange tip (don’t do this) they would definitely scare someone who didn’t know that it was an airsoft gun.

The CCW classes I registered in is designed to beginning shooters like me.  The 12-hour course tackled a wide variety of topics and hands-on trainings that helped me improve not only my shooting skills but also helped me better understand the responsibilities that come with carrying concealed weapons.

The instructors in my CCW classes are all professionals, competent, and were specially trained for the job.  They shared with the class important insights that come with their years of experience.  They were all certified by either the NRA or the OPOTA.

My Ohio CCW classes were composed of classroom and range components.  In the classroom, I learned safety procedures, cleaning and safe storage, concealment options, legal aspects of CCW, and a lot of other things.  In the range component, I was able to practice on marksmanship and handling different types of firearms.  And I had fun while learning all these.

If it wasn’t for this Air Jordan blog I would be completely ignorant when it comes to determinging whether or not my Nike Airs are authentic or fakes.  I have seen a lot of stories on the news lately about small mom and pop shops that are being busted for selling fake and counterfeit sneakers.  So in order to avoid fakes and bootlegs, I use a reputable blog that only deals with real Air Jordans, and I know my money will be invested wisely.  Once I had a friend who ordered almost two thousand dollars worth of Air Jordans from this one site, and they all turned out to be fake.  I’d be devastated!

I am so excited! I just got a new skateboard for Christmas. I can’t wait to try it out. I have been watching the kids in my neighborhood do tricks for awhile, and I want to join in. I need to personalize my board first, though. I have seen someone else with the same skateboard, and I want mine to be totally different than theirs. And I have just the thing to make it that way. A few months ago, I attended a skateboarding event and got some Free Volcom Skateboarding Stickers. I’m going to put them on my board before I take it out.  

Being a middle aged woman, I’m not terribly familiar with what the young people think is “cool.”  Also being single and without children, I don’t have too much exposure to their world.  However, I’ve got a niece and nephew whom I love to pieces, and I always try to buy them something they will really love for their birthdays and Christmas.  They are hardworking kids and I like spoiling them a little bit.  This year I am buying them vans shoes.  I’ve heard those are “cool” among the kids, and my sister thinks the kids will love them.  Now, let’s hope I can just pick out the “right” style!
