Some shrimp is not that expensive. Look for small bags (less than 8 ounce) of frozen ‘salad shrimp’ or baby shrimp. Alternately, you can buy cans of baby shrimp sold near the tuna fish. I know the new year has come and gone and we have 11 more months of this year ahead of us.
