Selling Local Discount Tires
My husband and I decided to start up our own local shop for selling discount tires. To find out if we could start and be successful, we called and talked to manufacturer’s that the tires come from to see what it would cost us for tires. After we found that out, we looked through many online sites and checked out local tires shops to see prices on their tires to see if we could compete with them or not. It turns out that we could stock our shop with tires directly from the manufacturer’s and be able to keep our prices low enough to compete with the local shops.
